Mission and vision
The actions of people and organisations are determined, shaped and managed by rules. Business rules or guidelines, both self-imposed and invented. Abiding by these rules can be complicated, often caused by their unfamiliarity, complexity or lack of structure.
By helping clients reveal, explicate and structure rules, the job becomes easier. And, hopefully, more fun. Eventually, the quality of the rules themselves, and of the organisation or society, can be improved. The originally artisan nature of the work of legal policymaker resurfaces.
We believe that everything starts with rules. They can, if properly revealed, explicated and structured, be exercised with much more ease and with higher returns than is usually the case.
