Juris developed a Decomplexification Model© of the current organisation structure of the CJIB. The aim of the analysis was to map opportunities for integrating processes, in order to arrive at a more decisive and efficient organisation. The most important finding was that many products are delivered according to similar processes. The CJIB will take our recommendations as a guideline for restructuring its processes.
